Mental Peace Over Everything.

This is exactly how I’ve chosen to live the rest of my life.

After deep reflection on my own experiences and insights gained from reading about others’ lives,

I’ve realized something important: prioritizing mental peace is not about limiting ourselves. It’s about setting boundaries that allow us to thrive.

As a fresh graduate who’s currently jobless, I’ll admit it’s not a source of pride, but it’s not something I’m ashamed of either.

In fact, it’s been a blessing in disguise. I used to constantly worry about what life would be like post-graduation, but this downtime has allowed me to eliminate those societal metrics of success that only fueled anxiety. I’ve come to understand myself better and, in the process, regained mental peace and freedom.

This peace hasn’t made me complacent; it’s allowed me to explore new things, like writing on Medium — something I wouldn’t have discovered without first finding peace within myself.

But let’s be clear: mental peace doesn’t mean sitting around and avoiding meaningful work. It means setting clear boundaries and finding a way of doing things that aligns with our values, whether we work for ourselves or in the corporate world. Embracing who we are, imperfections and all, unlocks our true potential.

Conclusion

If you are worried about future you probably are actually not living and doing meaningful work in the present which actually at the very first place makes you worried. Try getting out of it think about making the present moment count by being in it fully and the future would take care of itself.

Enjoy the ride
