During my final year of engineering, life threw me into a spiral of challenges — personal tragedy, job rejections, leading to declining self-esteem.
We all know how hard life can be, but it becomes unbearable when there’s an opposing force acting against your ability to act.
That is what happened to me.
I wasn’t able to secure a good CGPA (in my last two semesters) due to a personal tragedy accompanied by job rejections.
This really had a negative impact on my self-esteem as I found myself stuck in a vicious cycle — always questioning my ability, followed by inaction. This lack of action in the present became a regret for the past.
Sadly, the effects of low self-esteem were not limited to my professional side. They also manifested themselves in my social life, as I hated any social interaction and preferred isolation.
After getting frustrated with this demoralizing cycle, I started looking for remedies.
